While everybody is excited and busy preparing for the WordCamp event, I would like to take a moment to thank the Ganpat University for offering such an amazing facility to make the contributor day possible.
Since this is our second edition of WordCamp Ahmedabad, we are expecting 150+ contributors will join us on the contributor day. And that leads us to one of the most difficult question of selecting the Contributor day venue for the event. So, we were in search for a place that allows attendees to contribute well with good internet speed and networking area.
The moment we approached the Ganpat University for the WordCamp Ahmedabad’s contributor day, they were very positive and willing to offer us the venue for the Contributor day event. They straightaway accepted our proposal and gave us the green signal to plan and organize the contributor day at Ganpat University. They have not only given us the permission but they also helped us while planning the whole setup for the WCAhmedabad Contributor day venue.

Ganpat University City Office & Information Centre is one of the finest facilities in Ahmedabad. All the contribution channels will be organized in the fully air-conditioned spacious interaction-rooms with the projector that can accommodate up to 120 attendees at the moment.
Along with the wonderful interaction-rooms, the venue has enough open space to meet and network with the community. Specious networking area and well-equipped interaction-rooms make it the perfect place to host the WordCamp Ahmedabad 2018 Contributor day.
